Meet Mariah

Mariah Ellis

Founder, Educator, Wellness Facilitator

Mariah Ellis is a trauma-informed wellness practitioner, educator, certified kids yoga teacher, and holistic nutritionist with over 15 years of experience working with children and families. She is also the heart behind Breathe To Be—a sacred space for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.

With a B.S. in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University, Mariah’s work blends deep expertise with heart-led care. She is currently earning her Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Mindfulness, Social-Emotional Learning, and Yoga—further enriching her ability to support children and communities through research-based, embodied practices.

Her approach is rooted in trauma-informed principles that honor the whole child—and the whole human—offering space for healing, growth, and joy.

Mariah has led classrooms, mentored educators, and guided countless children through practices that build resilience, confidence, and calm. Whether she’s introducing mindful breathing to preschoolers, guiding a parent-child yoga session, or coaching a caregiver on nourishment from the inside out—her mission remains the same: to help people feel safe, seen, and whole.

She is also a wife, a soon-to-be mama, and a lifelong student of wellness. Breathe To Be is not just her work—it’s her way of life.

“Come as you are, breathe a little deeper, and grow with me.”
