Calling all little movers and mindful explorers! Join us for a 3-day weekend camp designed to help children stretch, breathe, and simply be. Whether your child is brand new to yoga or already loves to flow, this spring series offers the perfect blend of movement, mindfulness, and creativity.
Each session is rooted in connection and curiosity—designed to meet kids exactly where they are with compassion and care.
What to Expect:
Throughout the morning, children will be guided through yoga stories, breathing games, themed movement, mindfulness practices, and crafts that foster confidence, self-awareness, and calm. Activities are always invitational, giving kids the freedom to move and participate in a way that feels good to them.
Our trauma-informed approach ensures that:
Every child has choices and space to listen to their body
All activities are designed with emotional safety and connection in mind
Fun and freedom are just as important as focus and flow
Drop-off & Pick-up
Drop-off begins at 8:55 AM
Pick-up is at 12:00 PM
Sign-in/out will be at the entrance for each session
What to Bring
A yoga mat (extras available if you don’t have one)
A water bottle labeled with your child’s name
A nut-free snack
Comfortable clothes for movement
Optional: a small blanket or stuffed animal for added comfort
How to Register
Tickets can be purchased directly through the site. During checkout, you’ll be prompted to complete a waiver form for each child attending. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know before the big day.
